Your exclusive membership in the Parkland Residents Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a Parkland home. Membership dues provide the necessary resources to maintain Parkland's exclusive facilities for the enjoyment of all Parkland residents.

The fees for the Residents Association could be as high as $350.00 plus GST. These prices would be subject to annual inflationary increases. Initial fees charged may be lower than these maximum fee limits.
